Preparing and reviewing client’s Service Plan Conducting face-to-face with client to evaluate/ re-evaluate client’s condition Medication administration and teaching new medication, such as insulin Providing medical treatments, such as wound care, tube feeding, etc…, Supervision of Practical Nurses, Patient Care Assistants and Companion/ Sitters.
